Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell is coming clean regarding what and when he knew about the NFL looking to hand him a suspension due to a missed mandatory drug test.
When news broke about a pending suspension, Bell said he knew nothing about it, but turns out he knew way back in March – because that’s when the league notified him.
“I don’t know what you are talking about,” were his words in mid-June.
Now comes a Tweet from the reliable Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, with Bell’s admission.
Le’Veon Bell said he was notified by NFL of his failed drug test in March, even though in June he told media he did not miss any such test
