Seahawks add depth with veteran All-Pro guard

According to Seahawks.com, the team acquired veteran All Pro guard Jhari Evans, bolstering a unit that struggled much of the 2015 season.

Seahawsk.com writes:

‘Evans, who turns 33 later this month, spent his entire 10-year career with the New Orleans Saints before being released this offseason. He started all 16 games in eight of those 10 seasons, and earned Pro Bowl honors every season from 2009-2014. Prior to the Seahawks announcing the signing, offensive line coach Tom Cable confirmed that Evans had been in for a visit with the team Friday.’
