There hasn’t been a whole lot of talk regarding Chicago Bears rookie left guard Cody Whitehair, but quarterback Jay Cutler believes that a good thing.
Whitehair started in the team’s first preseason against Denver, a 22-0 loss.
“He’s doing his job over there,” Cutler said, per the Daily Herald. “He’s quiet. He’s steadily becoming a pro, even at a young age. He’s going to be good on that left side.”
“I still have a lot to learn,” the Kansas State product said. “Of course I’m a rookie and playing with all those vets (so) I’m the guy who makes more mistakes than the other guys. But I’ll keep learning and keep doing better every day… “
