The Washington Redskins jumped at the chance to trade for New England Patriots center Bryan Stork after news broke that he was about to hit the waiver wire.
Stork, who has had concussion issues in the past, reportedly failed his physical with the Redskins, and now the trade is null and void.
Washington will get back the conditional draft pick they forked over to New England.
Former Redskin and current radio personality Chris Cooley first reported the news.
Stork had previously considered retiring. Looks like that option would be his best bet at this point.
