Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones says there’s really no viable option that would justify removing injured quarterback Tony Romo from the active roster, per David Helman on the team’s official website.
That of course could change as early as Week 2, but for now…
According to several sources, Jones compared the process of deciding whether to place the 36-year-old on injured reserve to “circumcising a mosquito,” per PFT.
Jerry also adds to @1053thefan that there isn’t a more valuable option that makes it worth it to take Romo off the active roster.
