The Pittsburgh Steelers are hoping linebacker Ryan Shazier can get healthy and back to 100% after sustaining a knee injury in the season opener.
However, if Shazier isn’t ready to go, the team feels they have adequate replacements for the young linebacker.
“Not right now, I feel 100 percent, keep getting treatment, keep trying to get better every day,” Shazier said, via Penn Live.
“I did everything,” he said
“I always tell everybody we got a very capable and deep linebacker corps,” DeAngelo Williams said.
“It doesn’t matter who they put in. Anybody that takes the field is going to be able to take the field and be able to hold up the standard.”
