It was a rough two weeks for the Green Bay Packers, but if last week was any indication, their mojo seems to have returrned.
WR Jordy Nelson touched on the team’s progress last week, a game in which he caught two TD passes, on Radio 620 WTMJ:
“It was great,” said Nelson on 620 WTMJ’s “Wisconsin’s Afternoon News.”
“Obviously, there was a lot of talk about it after the first two weeks. Inside the locker room, we weren’t worried. We knew we could execute. That’s just what we needed to do. We have a lot of faith in the guys who have been around for quite a few years and know what it takes to get it done. We were able to go out and get into a rhythm early in the game, put up a lot of points. The defense gave us a good turnover, and everything snowballed from there.”
