Another suspension for Green Bay Packers defensive tackle Letroy Guion.
The NFL has come down hard once again on Guion for violating the league’s performance-enhancing drug policy, the team announced Tuesday. He’ll sit out the first four games of the 2017 season, without pay.
Will this be the final straw give Guion his walking papers? Time will tell. 2016, although he appeared in 15 games with 30 tackles, was less than stellar for the 29-year-old. Playing nose-tackle, Pro Football Focus. had him ranked 63rd for interior lineman.
Guion was most notably suspended in 2015 after being arrested when police found marijuana, $190,000 cash and a gun in his vehicle during a stop.
