According to the man himself (via Chris Adamski of the Tribune-Review) Pittsburgh QB Nathan Peterman – projected to go as early as the late third round in the 2017 NFL Draft, says has a private workout scheduled with Philadelphia Eagles.
Peterman had 278 completions for 5,142 yards and 47 TDs in his two years with the Panthers. He played his first two college seasons at Tennessee before transferring.
The Eagles are looking for a viable No. 3 behind Nick Foles and starter Cason Wentz, and Peterman could fit the bill as a developmental work in progress.
