Patriots, sans a few players, will visit White House on April 19th

A few players have already committed to NOT going to visit President Donald Trump at the White House for the traditional champs meet the president event, and we may hear of even more as the date gets closer.

That date has been set for April 19th, literally right around the corner.

So far, former Pats TE  Martellus Bennett, LB  Dont’a Hightower and DE Chris Long  and CB Devin McCourty have all said they won’t attend.

“Basic reason for me is I don’t feel accepted in the White House,” McCourty told Time Magazine right after their Super Bowl victory.

We know of three that will definitely be there front and center – QB Tom Brady, owner Bob Kraft and head coach Bill Belichick – all friends of the Donald.
