While former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick continues to seemingly be blackballed by the rest of the league, a glimmer of hope has sprung out of the northwest, with Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll supposing Kaepernick could have a place in his offense (or at least in a backup capacity).
Carroll told Brock & Salk on 710 ESPN that the team is considering Colin, and possibly even former Browns QB RGIII (when he of course was prompted about those two specifically)
“We’re looking at everybody. We really are,” Carroll said, per ESPN.
“We’ve been tracking everything that’s going on, and we’ve got cap and roster issues and stuff like that that we’re still trying to manage properly. But quite frankly, yes, we are looking at all those guys.”
